When it comes to popular television entertainment few shows can beat Doctor Who and this is why the Doctor Who Experience is an unmissable event that features a memorable adventure, an array of well known villains, plus memorabilia and exhibitions that will provide everything anyone ever wanted to know about the public’s favourite Time Lord.
At the London Olympia, visitors travel through a crack in time and it is here that they have the enviable opportunity of becoming the Doctor’s companion as the Daleks, the Weeping Angels and other villains attempt once again to defeat him. All you and the Doctor need to do is find the TARDIS and save the day!
The Experience also features high quality special effects, a 3D finale, a recreation of the modern TARDIS and unique scenes filmed with the Doctor himself.
This Doctor is portrayed by Matt Smith, the young actor who takes on the role of the Eleventh Doctor in the BBC television series. The TV show will be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2013 and is as popular as ever as Smith, alongside companions Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvil as Amy and Rory, battles threats such as The Silence, the Weeping Angels, the Cybermen and more.
The exhibition features various historical items from the shows near-50 year history, from original costumes to authentic sets. It is not something to be missed.
